If you're a new client, welcome to Renacida Lash! All new clients must have a patch test at least 24 hours prior to the lash appointment. Without completing a patch test, the appointment cannot be carried out. Renacida Lash patch tests are quick and easy, you'll be in and out before you know it, ready for your lash appointment!

Cancellation Policy

Deposits must be paid to secure bookings. If cancelled within 24 hours or a client no shows completely, cancellation fees will be charged at the cost of the treatment booked. Deposits are non-refundable. Please see Company Policy on our website for more information.
